2023 Reunion

October 13, 14 and 15

 

Register NOW for Reunion Weekend – OCTOBER 13 – 15, 2023.  We have an exciting slate of events for our alumni.

Friday, October 13

5:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Join us for a cocktail reception at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Downtown Albany.  We will begin our festivities at 5:00 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, food stations, and beverages (beer, wine, and soda are included).  DJ will start taking requests at 7:00 p.m. We will wrap up at 9:30 p.m. 

The cost for Friday is $30 per person.  

Saturday, October 14

10:30 a.m. – Chapel

11:00 a.m. – Registration and Social time (tours of the school available at this time)

12:00 p.m. – Luncheon, Class Recognition, and Awards

Silver Anniversary of the Class of 1998

Golden Anniversary of the Class of 1973

 The following milestone classes will also be celebrated:

2:00 p.m. – Blue vs. Green Soccer Game

We welcome and encourage you to bring your family on Saturday.  We would love to meet the children and grandchildren of our alumni/ae.  On Saturday, the School will provide lunch, activities, and entertainment while you attend the festivities.  

The cost for Saturday is $30

If you attend both Friday and Saturday Nights, the cost is $50.

 

Sunday, October 15

11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

A visit to Skye Farm.  For many of our alumni/ae, this is a cherished memory from their time at Doane Stuart.  Middle School students visit Skye Farm each year for their Retreat.  It is here where new students are placed on either the blue team or the green team, and their allegiance begins. 

Join us for a hike, sit by the lake, enjoy the fire and read a book, play some games or simply reminisce.  Lunch will be provided (the famous Sacred Baked Ziti and salad).  Water, soda, and soft drinks will be available.  Skye Farm allows no alcoholic beverages on their premises.  

Children are welcome to join their parents on Sunday.  There will not be an official program for them; however, we are sure they will love Skye Farm.

Cost for Skye Farm is $15 per person.  Kids under ten are free.
