The Lady Thunderchickens played a hard game last Friday evening against the Loudonville Christian Eagles. We quickly scored 4 goals in the first half which daunted the Eagles, but they fought hard to come back with 3 goals early in the second half. In the end, we were able to hold out for a 6-3 win over the Eagles. Scoring and assisting for the Thunderchickens were Gia Verdi, Marissa Fiacco, Abby Hepp, Alex Hill, and Hadley Weisenforth. The Lady Thunderchickens are currently sitting 2-1 in their conference with home games Wednesday (9/29) and Friday (10/1) against Heatly and Rensselaer respectively.
