Doane Stuart Announces Exciting New Student Exchange Program in Ireland
Doane Stuart is proud to announce the launch of an exciting new international student exchange program with Ennis Community College, located in the heart of County Clare, Ireland.
Beginning in the 2026–27 school year, this unique opportunity will be open to students in grades 10 through 12, offering a two-week cultural exchange filled with exploration, learning, and international friendship.
Irish students will visit Doane Stuart in October–November 2026, where they will stay with host families and immerse themselves in the life of our school and local community. In March 2027, our own students will travel across the Atlantic to experience life in Ireland, living with host families and attending classes at Ennis Community College while discovering the culture, history, and beauty of County Clare.
““This program is about more than travel. It’s about expanding horizons, creating lasting friendships, and strengthening global ties — while reviving a cherished tradition from many years ago.””
Students and families can expect more details — including costs, travel dates, and application information — in early 2026. In the meantime, the school encourages interested students and families to reach out with any questions.
Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting journey of cultural exchange and global connection!
