Louise Metz ’17 of Troy was recently recognized for her outstanding 2014 soccer season. At the CHVL Banquet on Sunday, December 7, Louise was selected for the CHVL (Central Hudson Valley League) All-Star First Team. More impressively, in a season in which she led Doane Stuart with seventeen goals, Louise was named also to the Class D All-Section Team and to the All-State Class D Third Team. Louise is the first girls soccer player named to the All-State Team since Kendra Thomson ’07.
Amelia Stapleton ’15 of Troy and Antonia DiPreta ’18 of Clifton Park also were recognized by making the CHVL All-Star Second Team.
