From the selection letter; “In selecting student artwork for the annual Regional Exhibit, mastery of technical skill is a factor, as is students’ ability to go beyond both technical competence and the apparent classroom assignments to present original or unique visual solutions that reveal something of the artist.  It is quite an honor to be included in this annual exhibit.”

The 16th Annual High School Regional Juried Art Exhibition is sponsored by the Capital Area Arts Supervisors and The Esther Massry Gallery at The College of St. Rose.  The panel consisted of art educators and artists; Jeanne Flanagan, Paul Mauren and Kris Corso Tolmie.

A reception will be held in The Esther Massry Gallery at the College of St. Rose on Thursday, February 12th from 6:00-8:00pm.  The awards ceremony will start at 7:00 p.m. in the Picotte Recital Hall.

Congratulations to our artists!
