Abigail McMeel ’22 with standout performances for Doane Stuart Softball

Girls High School Softball Game Results – Central Hudson Valley League Games (CHVL)

Abigail McMeel ’22 had three hits and drove in three runs while recording 12 strikeouts as Doane Stuart defeated Loudonville Christian 17-5 in the Central Hudson Valley League game. Katrina Catellier knocked in three RBIs  with two hits, including a home run! The game ended after 5 innings when the MERCY rule went into effect. 

Despite a 10 to 3 loss to Emma Willard, the highlight of the week may be individual performances on the Girls Softball Team as pitcher Abigail McMeel struck out 13 batters while Senior Leila Mariposa went 4-4 at the plate with two RBIs and a triple.
